About the Role
As a Product Manager at Heyflow, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers to build amazing products that serve thousands of businesses. You will have the opportunity to own a specific vertical within one of the product surface areas based on your skillset, interest, and Heyflow’s business needs.

What You’ll Do
Deliver incredible products and experiences by combining a deep understanding of business strategy with creative product strategy and technical acumen.
Own the product roadmap, opportunity space, priorities and execution, focusing on a specific product vertical.
Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings.
Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Heyflow to grow the product management function at various stages of our growth.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers.
Define and evolve our end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution to meet ambitious company goals.
Provide visibility into key performance indicators so key stakeholders are aware of risks and opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Your relevant experiences are more important to us than a university degree: You gained at least 5 years of product management experience, building technical products from ideation to launch.
You have demonstrated the ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers towards a common goal.
Your proficient experience in product analytics has helped you in making data-informed product decisions in the past.
You have demonstrated a strong ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
Detail-orientation and the ability to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise is your strong suit, such as problem solving to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
You bring experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
Your business communication and people skills are excellent, written and oral business, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in high growth startups: You thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in adjacent software categories: You worked on free-form products (e.g., website builder, whiteboarding tools, etc.), marketing automation software or on AI products.
